In his trial practice, Mr. Kessler zealously represents injured clients, diligently pursuing their claims and causes of action, some of which have resulted in large settlements. In his domestic relations practice, he has been involved in high stake divorce cases with contested custody disputes and resolution of large assets. Mr. Kessler also advises and counsels his divorce clients to seek resolution of their cases without protracted and expensive litigation whenever possible, especially when custody issues involving young children are at stake.

In addition, Todd Kessler is a highly trained and certified arbitrator and mediator. Mr. Kessler holds state and private certifications. He actively practices mediation and arbitration with Fulton Country Superior Court, and the American Arbitration Association.

Todd Kessler was born in New York, May 29, 1962. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1990. He graduated in 1984, Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. from Washington University, St. Louis , MO, and earned his J.D. Cum Laude in 1989 from Tulane University Law School, New Orleans, LA. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association -Trial Practice Division.
